Helsinki-Parliament/Lahti Last Evening

Johan drove us to Helsinki and guided us to the Parliament building.

The Parliament conference area.

The building was built in the 1920s.

This is Heinaluoma, the speaker of the Finnish Parliment.

The perks of being a former Congressman is meeting the top brass in foreign countries.

Johan our fearless guide.

The Parliament tour guide.

What the outside of the building looks like.

City art.

My host sister Milla.

Dinner with my host family.

Vili, the clown of the family.

Some of us went and saw the last slalom of the season.

Teresa and her host mom, Tuija

They get to the top by snow mobile.

The ski organizer.

And look we got to see some blue skies!

Looking out on the lake, and the blue skies.
